Only issue, the microwave didn't work. But no big deal, we used the one in the breakfast area. It was clean, comfortable and really quiet. The pool looked cool but we didn't use it. Breakfast is very good.
Excellent location right off the highway. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was delicious! They had a large spread of various breakfast items from hot foods to the cool favorites. I had a very enjoyable stay…..and I am kinda picky.
Not sure why this only gets 3.5 It is really nice. Very clean. Pet friendly. No issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Wonderful place. I've stayed at many Choice Hotels around the country as well as VERY expensive boutique hotels. This hotel is WAY up there in every category. Big parking lot with easy access. There are 4 or 5 Gold, Platinum, Diamond-reserved spots just outside the lobby doors. I felt very safe leaving my van parked there. The room was big, clean, comfortable and quiet. The people make the difference. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Places like this are the reason I let my other hotel memberships lapse and joined Choice Rewards. This place is a gem.
Thanksgiving week was our second stay here this year. I am originally from Paragould and remember this being The Ramada.The owners have done a beautiful job with the changes. When I arrived at midnight our first night, after a 7 hour drive, I was told they didn't have a reservation for me. (I had booked through booking.com) What could have been a nightmare scenario was met with calm and kindness. The issue was resolved quickly. Another hiccup during our stay was our final night. Another guest's dog was barking. This issue was also solved quickly and smoothly. We were given another room closeby (but far enough away for silence) and slept well. We have a two year old son, and were met one morning with an invitation to play with their son and some of his toys. It was such a warm and kind offer. Both times we've stayed here have been great for cleanliness, hospitality, proximity to everywhere we need to be, and price. Next time we come through, we'll be choosing Quality Inn again.
We had a really good experience here! Check in was easy and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Even though it was most likely busy because of the eclipse, it was quiet. Indoor pool was nice but not heated or warm as expected. There's not an elevator but not a huge issue since it's only two floors and one flight of stairs.
